adidas breaks down the stereotype of women who swim (literally)
To set adidas apart from the stereotypes of other swimwear/bikini brands and be a brand that our target audience can relate to, we created a series of social ads which show women in swimwear, posing in a typical studio-like setting. However, after a moment, they disrupt that setting to show that they aren’t your typical models and that they stand for real swimming. Real swimmers are in the water, not always taking selfies on the beach. They aren’t afraid of how their hair looks or of their goggle marks.
