By introducing the precaution to always wear a face-mask, the OV -dutch public transport- was one of the first Dutch public venues where Covid-19 measurements were highly visible. As most people find it difficult to get used to things other than the status-quo, this too caused the necessary discomfort. People felt insecure about taking the OV and traveling rates dropped down. We wanted to inform travelers about the various precautions the OV-authorities were taking and to inspire them to continue traveling safely. By launching the OV OK campaign we conveyed a safe and secure feeling and got our Dutchies to wonder about their next trip.
